2. When are you available for a photo shoot? By appointment only.

3. What is your local driving area? Central Iowa

4. What types of props do you have? I have a wide array of props for most holidays, seasons & occasions.

5. Where do you print your photos? An online professional printer. If you choose to purchase the CD ROM, I cannot be held responsible for the quality of your chosen printer.

6. How much do photo collages cost? The prices for collages vary. Call or email me with your ideas and I will give you a quote.

7. How much time is in a session? This is all decided at your free portrait consultation. A sitting can last as little as 30 minutes in my studio, up to a few hours on location. All of this will be discussed and agreed upon at your consultation. Call today 515-230-8965

 8. How long until I can view our proofs? Your preview appointment can be scheduled as little as two days after your photo session. Proofs also will go online after the initial consultation.

9. Can I print them elsewhere if I want? I would suggest if you are printing something for permanent display that you print them through me to the guarantee quality, and long lasting memories. Please be aware, I cannot be responsible for the print quality of consumer printers.

10. What should I wear for my portrait? Avoid busy patterns, small strips and bold colors, for family shots try to coordinate colors (this does not mean they have to be matching), avoid tank tops and sleeveless tops, make sure shoes match—or go barefoot (my personal favorite). Men, do not wear athletic socks with dress shoes.

Glasses? If you wear glasses all or even most of the time, you’ll want to wear them in your portraits too. The absolute best is to be photographed in empty frames because there is no possibility of glare or distortion from the glass. Few

Additional Notes: Don’t wait until the last minute to plan outfits, iron them even if they are just a little wrinkled it will look better. If you’re deciding between two outfits go with the less trendy one. Be sure to have all the accessories you want jewelry, makeup, belts, shoes socks—for each outfit. Girls, bring whatever you need cosmetic-wise to freshen up between indoor and outdoor shoots. Simplicity is key—try to avoid busy outfits or wild colors. Do not get a haircut the night before.

11.  What happens if I can't make my appointment?  Understand, when you make an appointment you book a valuable time slot—one which cannot be re-booked without adequate notice. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice you will be charged the entire sitting fee of $100.

12. How can I order my photos? Please write down all proof numbers and amounts desired of each photo. Then, send your request in an email, moore_photo@hotmail.com , or call in your order, (515) 230-8965.

13. When will my order be placed? Your order will be placed only after payment is received.

14. How can I make payment? I accept cash, check  or money order. I am also willing to barter for other services (Carpentry,  Pampered Chef, etc…). Make me an offer! There will be a $20 Returned Check Fee. Please make checks payable to “Sarah Moore.” Credit Card acceptance coming soon…
